I have been with virgin media for years but I have forgotten my password to login to TV go.
When I ask for the email to be sent for me to verify it does not send the email.
I then phone up and after a long time on the phone the advisor told me he could not update my password, and it was a technical glitch from virgin but I just had to wait.
This made me miss football matches I have PAID FOR. I am absolutely furious it’s so ridiculous why would you launch a new system if you don’t even have something like forgotten password processes working yet?
