Two olive trees purchased. Fantastic communication - there was a delay in our delivery. Packing was excellent and plants in a good condition. Definitely buying again.

Drunk passengers should be dealt with with differently
Whilst staff did all they could to resolve a situation, one very drunk passenger made the journey unbearable and very uncomfortable. Ideally staff should have refused access to them. Added to that they were sitting in an extra leg room over the wing. Had there been an incident, this particular passenger would have been unable to assist.
