This is an excellent company to purchase Animal products from. I have used them for a number of years now. I have never had an issue at all. Always received delivery on time and several orders arrived ahead of expected time. Would definitely recommend.

My girls love the products but I am disappointed in the time from payment to delivery. In this day and age delivery should be much quicker. Each subscription the money is taken well in advance of delivery. 6 days ago I purchased extra bags of biscuits and still not received the order. Now both subscription and the further order will possibly turn up together saving on postage. I required the extra sooner and subsequently had to purchase a small bag from Amazon costing me £6.99. There doesn't seem to be a way of checking on any delivery updates and the Shop app is useless. I emailed but no reply. Hope the delivery improves.

I have had deliveries from this driver before. I am impressed with his manners and that he is very clean and tidy.

We had a surprise delivery from a customer of my husband's and what a lovely surprise it was. We loved the pasties and I don't normally eat them but I really enjoyed it along with the scones which when you purchase in-store they are dry but The Cornish Company scones were moist, lovely Jam and best cream you can buy. SO when it was my husband's birthday was due instead of buying something he probably didn't want or need I ordered a large box of goodies from The Cornish Company which had the usual plus extras, Saffron buns and a Saffron loaf 40 tea bags (smugglers) a whole block of butter, my husband's favourite shortbread biscuits x 2. So for 5 days we were sorted for our desserts. If you want something special for a foody then this is a great choice. You can even set up a reminder service of your celebration dates so for our anniversary I will order another box of goodies. But you don't really have to wait until a special occasion just get a box now. ENJOY

The samples are of very good quality and I am very pleased with them. I am waiting for the painters to confirm the date to complete two of the rooms that is when I will make the final decision. I have narrowed it down to 3. I can't wait to get them to complete those two rooms.
I also found something on 247 blinds that will go nicely on my French doors, didn't know they made anything like that.

Will review again once the rooms are completed.

Excellent service. Not used this company for a while but they are very competitive. Very pleased with the delivery time ordered one day got the next but the cost for delivery was a little steep at £9.99. all in all still saved money. N.

I haven't received my order which was due 28/2/24 according to the courier. I have contacted them and Woofs with no luck. I had a consignment no and order no which was in my emails but the couriers website does not have any tracking information with the consignment no. Not happy as this is a regular order under their subscription system. I may also add that the payment has gone through the account.
I will just wait to see if it turns up over the next few days or I have some form of communication from either of them.

I had 2 parcels for delivery. I am always happy when this driver delivers as he is so helpful and extremely polite, It makes such a difference.

I have used Animed quite often and I have not had an problems with the company at all.
They are very quick to confirm despatch.
Unfortunately this time and the previous time it was Royal Mail that let me down. Not delivered on the day after I paid a bit extra. Didn't mind that but they didn't deliver when promised and Royal Mail sent email to say they would deliver 4 days later on Monday and please provide a safe place which I did. I wasn't happy as I wanted it delivered on the Friday as my husband was going to be home. I can't lift any heavy objects as I had just had a hand operation. Eventually it arrived on the Sunday and luckily my husband had already excersised the dogs and was home.
Animed are a good company without a doubt but maybe consider using a different courier company. I would rather pay a bit more for delivery and have DPD deliver my goods. I will still use Animed as prices are good and they are efficient.

It's always nice to have a friendly driver and I like it when they smile as it's amazing the difference it makes to your day. Very happy and always have been with all my deliveries.

Great service, quick delivery, healthy product for my girls. They have a treat in the evening, 1 cod finger and 2 cod cookies or redfish cookies. They know exactly what's coming and to hear that crunch and knowing they are healthy treats well what more could a puppy parent want but happy furbabies. Thank you.

What I like is the amount of different offers and different options that they offer me. Delivery is excellent. I would recommend the product to anyone who struggles with brittle and split nails that I have suffered for years. Also I noticed that they grow very quickly.
