I always enjoy shopping at HMV. The staff are friendly and helpful, and if an item is not in stock, it's often possible to order an item either to your home address, for a small fee, or have it sent to the store of your choice. I particularly enjoy browsing through the many CDs, DVDs and Vinyl , of which there are many different genres to choose from. I also look forward to browsing the new releases that come out every Friday, and it's often exciting to find a new release you weren't expecting at the time! I would recommend HMV to anyone who enjoys Music and Films.

I always enjoy browsing through the CDs, DVDs and Vinyl at Mansfield and Nottingham in the Victoria Centre. It's also good to check out the New Releases that come in every Friday, although I usually visit on Saturday.The item I bought recently was by the brilliant but late guitarist, Rory Gallagher. I don't think he's ever made a bad album! Although this item was not in store at the time of my visit, I was able to order in store and it was with me in just a few days delivered to my home address for a small fee. The staff are always friendly and helpful and are able to let you know if the item you are looking for is available to order. I tend to shop both at HMV and Amazon, but I still enjoy the browsing in-store experience.

The Staff are friendly and helpful. If an item is available but not in store they can look it up online and it's possible to order an item to be collected from the store or have it sent to your home address. I am looking forward to my next visit.

HMV has a very good and extensive collection of Music and Films. I am very happy with the items I purchased today,(A vinyl and cds). I always enjoy browsing in store and the sales assistants are always polite and helpful.

The advisor I spoke to was friendly and easy to talk to and seemed to understand what I wanted to get across.

Generally, HMV has a good range of music to cater for most tastes, though I sometimes have to look elsewhere for more difficult to find items, or rare items.

I was very happy with the three new releases I purchased today at an affordable price.
