Love this company they have beautiful merchandise, great response time this is my 4th order and I’m coming back for more . The quality is fabulous and the price affordable. I get so many compliments whilst wearing these outfits , plus there so soft to touch & comfy to wear . I’m so happy
Professional, Empathetic, Helpful, Understanding, Kind, Non Judgmental, Act Without Prejudice. This is my personal experience of the call handlers . I could not of kept my car on the road without this available service I am so grateful that the garage I choose to use works seamlessly with this company. P.S May I be so bold to say the following without prejudice!. No one has any excuse to drive an unsafe vehicle with this company available to spread payments, I have used this company on three separate occasions and I would not hesitate to recommend & keep using this amazing company . PS . However to those who think they can use & not pay this company for helping you ! Please don’t be a fool as others use this amazing helpful service to survive daily life & spread the high costs of bills as the cost of living is increasing higher than our income, please don’t ruin things for us genuine customers who can’t survive without Payment Assist.

My high value items were returned damaged & full of mould . Absolutely disgusting the way my belongings were returned . Shameful & disrespectful I will be taking action against there lack of duty of care.
I absolutely hate this company with a vengeance I have never felt before!! I have opened a case within the company as my broadband has 2 speeds SLOW & STOP!! Sick to my back teeth of the hours on the chat and useless phone calls that start with all the checks they say is ok but still won’t work! I have totally given up and can’t wait to leave this provider and never ever ever return! P.S this review is no reflection on any person I have spoken to or what’s app they are super nice but problem never resolved for over 13 months ! Yep over a year shocking service that I have to pay for!! In one word DISGUSTING!! Don’t join this network ! It doesn’t work so what’s the point !!!

Nothing Hits Harder Than Life! It’s hard when you’re on the downside of it! Scary & Isolated is how I felt picking up the phone to Lowell, this was a good day for me because I spoke to Jordan , kind, empathetic & he listened to me he really heard me and he helped me. I can’t understand why it is taking so long to receive items!!!! I’m so annoyed it’s been far to long and when I look at the app it states order will take even longer than advertised in total it will be 3 weeks plus if that goes to plan . I’m being bombarded with discounts to buy more without having my first order ! Too slow & too high pressured marketing

This is the most horrendous online supermarket website to order groceries!! I do not know who designed it but it is not user friendly & to change your number of your phone to be able to use it is simply not possible. To call up customer services for help has the automated system hang up after telling you to log in to the on line and not use the phone. I’m done!!! never ever using this again!! No customer service - equals no customer !
I am sooooooo happy with this parcel service from start to finish. I was worried about this parcel I had a document deadline and a 22kg box to post over 350 miles.. Thank you,everyone was brilliant from easy to book website platform, to very helpful drop of service, the relief when it said your parcel has been delivered had me jumping for joy. I confess I did a victory dance. Thank you. 😁
I am so fed up with products that dont work and i have to spend time fixing them or send them back...... its a mop and bucket why wont the handle just extend?????nope i have to watch a video and guess what? it still wont work !!!! poor product and very annoying !!!
