SCS are a joke

SCS are a joke. Just been reading reply from social media team. Which are a standard reply stating no order details on first reply. Then the next email your reply is stating that basically not their problem.
Do not buy from these.
Not customer service or help what so ever. We will be taking this further

DO NOT buy from this company

DO NOT buy from this company. They will happily take your money but if you have problems they will pass you from pillar to pillar to not resolve them. I have been trying to sort out an issue for the last 18 months and the latest is I've now got to get back in touch with the manager of the store that sold it to us. It is an absolute joke.

Will NOT use Goldcar again

We have been going to Spain for over 10 years a few times yearly, We hire a car all the time, but the last few time we have been getting hit with extra charges once we go to pick car up, this time the car we booked in my name, I was out there with my husband and went to collect the car we were told that because the credit card was in my husband name, we could not have the car, I stated I do not have a credit card and to just put car in my husband name then, which they refused to do and said we would have to re- book it in his name, so the pre booked car and payment of 89 euro was just lost and we had to repaid another 189 euros to have the car. we are due to go out again in August and will be looking for another car hire and will never use Gold car again

Do Not Use

We got our sofa from this company 2 years ago and for the last 1 we have been trying to get problems sorted out due to issues with sofa and chair . We have been handed backwards and forward also had a bloke come out to have a look at sofa and chair who told us we where to heavy for sofa and sitting in it for to long. ( we both work full time) . I have sent another email a few weeks ago only to have another rely saying customer service email is no longer in use and to get in contact it local store , So back to were we started from over a year ago. Will never use this company again and would Not recommend to anyone.
