Poor customer service and unfair. I feel I was unfairly treated by Moneyway as a loyal customer. Firstly I bought a car through matchme car finance and my lender was Moneyway. The car was faulty,leaking oil and clutch slipping. I took back the car to the dealership for a refund because the car was not fit for purpose and in un unsatisfactory condition. I acted in good faith protecting myself and my lender from investing in a faulty vehicle as stated on the finance agreement that if they is any concerns regarding the vehicle this should be reported to the lender and the lender should be made aware. So I returned the vehicle the dealership refunded the money back to the broker and the money was paid back to Moneyway. The return process was not my fault Consumer act of 2015 states that if the vehicle is faulty it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. I was not wrong in returning the vehicle. After reversal Moneyway declined my credit application for another vehicle. What did I do wrong? Was I wrong in returning a faulty vehicle? Was I supposed to keep the faulty vehicle in fear that I will not be approved again? Now I am left without a car. I was honest and acted in good faith. Honestly this is unfair treatment.

Not happy with after sales service, Match Me complaints department is very inefficient and uncooperative. I called for help more than 9 times spoke to different sale agents and all trying to connect me to the complaints department but no luck. You have so many sales Agents and One person dealing with complaints. After a 5 star review to a Zero star.
I am extremely disappointed with the after sales service as a customer I deserve to be treated with fairness and each person’s circumstances are equally important. Bought a car yes thanks to you 5 star service, however there comes a problem where are you to help me as much as you did when I was looking to buy a car. Collected my financed car at the dealership on Thursday, same day noted that the car was faulty communicated with the dealer and called Matchme and informed them about the issues. I was promised to be contacted from Thursday last week nobody spoke to me from your complaints team. Went back with the car to the garage, thanks to the professional team at the garage that took the car back and agreed to refund as the car was not fit for purpose and in unsatisfactory condition.
The dealership tried several times to reach Matchme for next step but to no avail. I am left without a car anxious and not knowing what to do next. My old car is broken and not usable, my work requires me to have a car to be able to access the remote area I work in. Thats me left out without even a reply from Matchme. Tried sending an email, it was just ignored. As I speak now I had to catch a bus to come back home from the Dealership. My deposit is not refunded as Matchme Car Finance is not responding and not saying anything about this.
Several attempts to call customer complaints department but fruitless. I am in the dark with no idea what to do now. Sales team promises that customer complaints team will be in-touch but no one cares.
This is so disappointing
