Limited colours

Overall I'm happy quality and service is super - and I appreciate the return policy. It just frustrating that much of the furniture (sofas and armchairs) come in such limited colours. I have a small space and they have nothing that is small enough, or if it is small enough comes in only 2 or 3 colours. Oh well!

Good communication but often not in English

Good news broccoli gets back to you quickly when you have questions and concerns. Bad news items are often not in English (like this request for feedback!) so it's a hassle to translate. If you want English companies and English investors it would behove you to use English.

Muy difícil de armar

Encontré el artículo muy difícil de armar, las instrucciones no eran claras. También creo que debería indicarse en la página web cuando se necesitan herramientas eléctricas para el montaje. Tuve que pagar para montar esto.
El artículo también estaba doblado y no encajaba exactamente
