Booked a taxi on the 20/8/24 to pick us…

Booked a taxi on the 20/8/24 to pick us up at 4.30am on the 25/8/24 to take us to the airport. At 6 pm on the 24/8/24 told that our booking was cancelled but not to worry as my money would be refunded ( money was returned). I had to spent the last day of my holiday trying to book taxi. Also was given a 15 euro voucher which expires in 12 months. Not a great customer experience

Booked a taxi for 4.30am . Taxi did show up plus no phone call. Money was taken and booking confirmed . I had to race to get to airport. First and last time I will use.

Birthday gift for my wife was supposed…

Birthday gift for my wife was supposed to be delivered on Friday, it didn’t arrived . Then told it would arrive on Saturday once again no show . Finally turned up on the following Tuesday.

Emails not answered phone calls not…

If after loosing a loved one you want to deal with a company that doesn’t reply to emails or return phone calls than the co op probate team is the one for you. My mother in law’s probate was first dealt with by a case worker in Bristol then after 6 months shunted up to Manchester to be handled by an even more evasive case worker. Do yourself a favour and use a proper solicitors who you can speak with face to face. No doubt Owen will be very sorry for experience and ask me to get in touch.
