Bad first impression.

Rushed into buying by a sales rep and lied to. Was told you would only take £1 until I'm ready to order, I was going to leave it a couple of days as I'd just been shopping. They decided to give me random meals, none of which I would have chosen and then took money out of my account. This was never made clear and I immediately cancelled the subscription. Poor first impression and will not be getting a hello fresh again either (part of the same company).

5* Service

I ordered some shoes which came within a couple of days. Unfortunately the DPD driver left the parcel at the front of the house in plain sight and I believe the shoes were stolen, after reporting this to customer services, I received a rapid response from Laura who took care of the situation and sent out a replacement. It's not the first time I've shopped at this company and it won't be the last. Thanks!
