Contract Breach
Service from Raja has declined dramatically over the past year. Two months ago, we signed a stock holding agreement and waited patiently for our stock to arrive after multiple excuses. In the end, they sent us the completely wrong product.
When we reported the issue, they created a false story and gave us only one option, to pay significantly more for the exact product we had already signed for. They even admitted it was their fault, but did nothing to correct it.
This shows a complete lack of care about losing a long-standing customer. It is both shameful and deeply disappointing after so many years of working together. This incident has caused us serious problems and unnecessary stress, and as a result, we have decided to move to a more reliable supplier.
