Quality Products, excellent customer service
I've purchased several Birdfy products over the past couple of years, and I've not been disappointed. The birdfeeder cameras set up quickly and take quality images and videos for keeping or sharing with the Birdfy community. You can also share your camera's feed with other people via the app, so others can enjoy 'Bird TV' with you. It's pretty durable and has endured over 2 years outside (except for the coldest winter months in Canada), and has withstood deer and racoon encounters and their enthusiasm for birdseed! The solar panel helps to keep it charged, I've not brought it in to charge since the spring, even with 100+ notifications per day. It's easy to disassemble and clean, to help keep our feathered friends healthy. Birdfy's customer service is second to none. Any issues with connectivity or functions are responded to quickly via chat or by any of their several social media accounts. Any issues I've had have been resolved in a positive manner. They certainly care about customer service. The app has nice featues of 'recap' and 'highlights', showing you your most frequent visitors, and the number of times they've arrived. One of my cameras is mounted on the Bird feeder station, which is solid. Multiple adjustable arms allow you to have 5 or more feeders on it. The baffle helps keep all but the most determined of critters off of it. It could be a wee bit taller, but adding a cone baffle solved my squirrel issue. I highly recommend this company.
