This company is a disgrace
This company is a disgrace! It's unacceptable for these gyms to be cheap and they know they're going to have a lot of people and even then they don't invest in more material. it feels like you're in the jungle, in any gym that goes from basic-fit. so I tried to cancel my contract within the first 15 days and they won't let me cancel the contract.
and we have the law that we can cancel or return anything if we are not happy.
I'm not at all happy!!!!
not to mention that customer services do not respond to emails.
I would like to know if anyone can help me cancel the contract I have with them before the 15 days are up.
they say that because I did the opposite at the kiosk I can't cancel, but if I went online I could. I would like to understand the difference between the kiosk and the website??

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our club. And have not been able to get in touch by email regarding your cancellation. We indeed work with 14 days withdrawal right, however this can only be done for the memberships that are created online and not at the kiosk in the club. You can do the revocation through customer service.
