Just opened an Easy Access account, quick and easy to apply, No ID checks but all else fine. Like other reviewers was a bit worried paying Modulr but all again is fine. Seems all good so far .

Poor customer service , messaged over a week ago and still no reply? Really bad broadband speed even though on 1gig . Wish I stayed with BT now.

Worst customer service ever, lost my Black ops 6 progress , got in touch with Support and they were useless. Asked for my account details then came back saying I had no progress? Course I have I've been playing the game for a few weeks now,

Great service and staff, I ordered a ladder they Emailed me stating it was out of stock , I got back to them saying I needed it urgently and they sorted another Ladder at no extra cost and delivered quickly. Thoroughly recommend .
