I got my shades from Meller 2 weeks ago. I'm in Mexico, so they had to ship it from Spain here, and I got an email from DHL saying that I had to pay taxes to receive them. I contacted the Meller support team, and they told me that this was a random procedure, but they would cover the taxes expenses, and they did in a matter of hours. The glasses are of excellent quality, and I love the design. The support team was fast, and they managed my case great. Thank you. I'll recommend the brand 1000%.
