Unacceptable service. Waited 3 hours for my order, while the delivery guy was constantly lying. I think he was just hungry and ate my dinner. Extremely rude and inefficient customer support. After 3 hours waiting (15 mins in the cold outside where the delivery guy was supposed to be - only he wasn't) they refunded my order without any compensation. Delete your account and never use these scammers

Horrible customer service, completely unhelpful and unwilling to solve the problem they caused (failing to deliver the item I ordered). When I tried to get through the copy-pasted answers and proposed a simple solution (delivering it, I still wanted to buy...) they just closed the case. Avoid them
