BAD COMPANY

I have called customer support 4 times, spent 3+ hours on the phone with these people, it is a nightmare. The staff is clueless, they give wrong and conflicting answers. Each call gets transferred multiple times. The solutions do not work. This is a very bad company. Avoid, avoid, avoid, then run away.

Verizon prepaid 5g

This is for Verizon prepaid 5g, (not postpaid). The service is not perfect but it works, the support is reliable, and the price is fair. (I have been trying different discount carriers as alternative but so far they have been bad support, many tech or billing problems.)

Bad experience, unreliable, hidden fees

Bad experience, unreliable.
AVOID. Very misleading. Seem untrustworthy.

Hidden fees. Charged extra "surcharge" with zero disclosure what that surcharge is for.

Advertise 24/7 support, but do not have 24/7 support.

Coupon/Referral. Valid referral code and coupon does not get applied.

Bad service. Very hard to get an actual person. When you do, they are unhelpful and have attitude.

AppSumo sells junk and dishonest

AppSumo puts a lot of junk and bad companies on the platform with inadequate due diligence and false claims of protection. In years past, AS was better, but now they prioritize sales and money over trust, quality, and value.
I bought an AS lifetime deal, the company failed within months. Rather than honor the protection guarantee, AS lined up a new owner to keep the failed company alive on paper beyond the 1 year. The company stopped developing the product and stopped supporting the product. There were periods the company site was shut down and product unavailable. All the while, I kept contacting AS who refused to issue a refund. When the company closed forever, the AS reply was that it survived beyond the protection window. AS offered a "protection" then gamed the calendar to undermine that same protection. Dishonest.
