I bought a Spiral Transporter bag less than 7 months ago, and already the arm strap has started to rip at the top of the bag.
Despite purchasing from a reputable high street retailer, Spiral are hiding behind this 3rd party purchase to avoid taking responsibility for their shoddy products.
Avoid! Stick to reliable brands like Fjallraven or Stubble & Co.
