Repeat Customer - Still Happy!

I used Low Energy Supermarket a couple of years back when I put a new off-grid solar setup on my garden shed. Two years later, my 80W panel and Victron Inverter/Charger are still working like champions! I decided to uprate the old lead-acid battery which had reached the end of it's life, so I bought a 100Ah LiFePO4 battery for not much more than the cost of my original 70Ah deep-cycle battery. The difference is night and day.

Another 80W panel to double up my solar input and I'm a happy bunny.

A minor issue with the battery at first which just needed a tweak on the charge controller setting, but customer service responded to my emails promptly and were prepared to replace my battery if it was faulty, but all in the garden is rosy after I'd adjusted my inverter.

Good products at competitive prices, rapid and trouble-free delivery and a company I will be more than happy to continue using.

The E.On Next online portal and app allow me to do most things I need to. The online Community is a fantastic resource for help and advice, and is often quicker to answer queries and provide information that trying to get through to Customer Services. Nine times out of ten, questions or issues can be addressed without having to resort to phone calls or social media.
