I can't believe how dishonest people work at Lexus on Twickenham and Toyota Ilsington. I went to complain that they damaged and vandalized my car and the manager Khan admitted it earlier, he told me to come and fix the damage when I come today, he told me to go to court, you are not doing anything about it and he smiled and then started take photos of my car inside and out, but I wasn't the only one who was dissatisfied in the waiting room, there were 2 other people who also complained about the Toyota service
They put old parts on one person and said they replaced them, the guy spent 2 days there instead of 2 hours
and sold a damaged battery.
avoid this service, the worst salon I know, they laugh in my face even though they destroyed my car, last year I spent PLN 10,000 on repairs and now I will have to spend twice as much to restore it
someone drove 60 km, the suspension was damaged.
and I replaced the entire front panels not 3 months earlier, everything inside was dirty with grease, the whole car was searched, the leather was damaged in several places, and in one place it looked as if someone was using a screwdriver several times, I regret that I went there, I was supposed to go to a private mechanic, never had a problem with it, always good job, but I thought if I took it to Lexus it would be better, but here they only took the money and caused several thousand pounds of damage, avoided these people, a real failure.
