I ordered clothing worth over 300 euros and unfortunately, none of the items fit. I carefully used the size tables provided on their website and ordered accordingly, but the sizing turned out to be completely off.

I reached out to the supplier via the email address listed on their website, but I never received any response. This lack of customer service is very disappointing and shows a level of ignorance toward customers.

The clothes themselves are not terrible, but they are definitely not the quality the brand advertises. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this brand based on my experience.

Ich habe bereits mehrfach bestellt und nie Probleme gehabt. Die bestellung kann schnell und einfach durchgeführt werden. Die Lieferung erfolgt ebenfalls schnell, sodass man die Produkte in kurzer Zeit hat.
Die Produkte sind sehr gut und ich freue mich immer die neuen Zerups und Chunky Flavour zu probieren.
Ich würde mich nur freuen, wenn manche "Limited/ special editions" häufiger erscheinen oder gar ins Sortinment aufgenommen werden würden.
