The account opening process was long and tortuous. After completing the initial form, indicating two account holders I expected ID checks. I was sent incomplete docusign documents and postal authentication code, other confusing mandate for cheque book and at the end only one person was assigned to account. Further docs to sign to add another. Also had to chase up to get pin number for credit card.

Very easy to advertise and edit whist remaining private and protected from chancers. Fair rates. Has always been my favorite site for private car sale. Shame the advert cannot be paused for a few days when on holiday.

Renewal price 20% higher but was reduced after contacting customer services. Telephone response was good. Agent was knowledgable and helpful. Any type of insurance can really only be judged when you have a claim.
