Had a Business account for over 15 years and the service has always been average at best, cash machine failures etc, but it was free banking, so stayed. The final straw was after closing our local branch, the closest being 24 miles away, Santander decided to morph my free banking account into one that had a monthly fee. Wouldn't recommend this clown bank to anyone.
Gone from being one of the more reliable couriers to the worst, multiple times I have had an email informing me that an item would be delivered and a time window, only for the delivery to be either the day after or the following day, other times an item has been "out for delivery" only for it to end up back at the depot. I guess this is the lowering quality of service when you concentrate on DEI.
If this wasn't bad enough another delivery has had no update since 21/06/25 and has still not been delivered, what are you using horse and cart?

Hi Andy,
I’m really sorry to hear that your recent experiences with our delivery service have been disappointing, especially after previously finding us reliable. Repeated delays and parcels being returned to the depot despite being marked “out for delivery” are understandably frustrating, and I appreciate you taking the time to share this.Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please know that we are committed to improving our service to ensure timely deliveries in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us make these improvements. I would really like to have a look into this for you. Please could you email trustpilot@yodel.co.uk with the full name on the parcel, delivery address with postcode, contact and tracking number, along with a link to the review?Thank you,
Yodel Team
Sells cheap Chinese parts on ebay and no doubt on their website, that don't last and are not fit for purpose and then when contacted, will wash their hands of any kind warranty and just tell you the part is used and that's that.
Recently had a Corsa D 1.3 ecu with water damage for repair, all possible precautions were taken upon refitting, the ecu lasted 3 weeks until non start and no communication. After wasting a week getting a pick up for warranty, it then took over a week for them to contact me , which they did after prompting, only for them to say they had looked into repair but deemed the ecu unrepairable and stated it was not covered under the warranty becauss of the apparent water damage, three weeks wouldnt be enough time to allow the damage that was shown, I believe the ecu was hastily repaired and not cleaned up and certainly not sealed sufficiently, the pictures sent to me show a shoddy repair. To anyone thinking of using bba reman, have fun claiming on that "lifetime" warranty.
