I will never ever order from here again. I’ve always ordered with JD sports and never had a problem always delivered within one day but on the third day now and they’ve picked the worst courier service there is DHL Eco. I will never use again.

Terrible company

Terrible company. My friend bought a scooter because she has terminal cancer which this company knows about we’ve had it for 60 days. The scooter has been driven 10 minutes down the road and back it’s still absolutely brand spanking new,My friend has been too ill to ride it. She drove it last week and the ride is terrible and gave her a bad back, she had to stop straight away. I’ve asked if we could go for a different scooter, with suspension, but they’re refusing, The scooter is still in mint condition. It’s been driven just down the road a bit,this companie has no compassion or understanding. I now have to go down the legal route.

We are very sorry you feel this way, but as the scooter is over Ebay's 30-day returns period by some significant margin, plus the fact it's now a used item so we wouldn't be able to re-sell the item, we haven't been able to agree to accept it back for a refund on this occasion. Whilst we will always do as much as we can to show compassion towards our customers requests, there are unfortunately times when we must deny them and taking back a used item after 60-days isn't something we can do. We would suggest this isn't something any business could afford to do in reality, so we're sorry to read that you haven't accepted this.

Avoid this company,I bought a phone from hear around 7 weeks ago and the battery health is dropping real fast,won’t send a replacement either so stuck with it now and £300 is a lot of money for me,

I did try to call you but sadly the number on your order wasn't connecting.

I'm sorry to hear you've encountered technical problems with an appliance ordered from us. I do appreciate that it's disappointing when an appliance isn't working as expected.

Why have you made it so hard to rehome a dog now a days,ime not surprised it’s on the news it’s hard work now,my gran has been trying now to rehome a dog for weeks with no luck but has been told there is a dog perfect for her but no contact atall,I know more people who this is happened to aswell,you need to make it easier for people,covid scam is over now so let people visit the old fashioned way

This application do not work properly ,on more than one occasion it has taken me through a Clean Air Zone which is cost me £9 each time when it’s supposed to take you around the Clean Air Zone. It’s hit or miss sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t which is no good
