AVOID!

I ordered three spotlights (no actual measurements on their website). They were too small so emailed them for instructions on how to return. I was sent an address (which was in the UK) and posted them back. Still waiting for a refund. They have responded to two emails saying they were looking into it. Since then, nothing. Ignore their blurb “we offer a full money back guarantee”. Certainly not in my case!

Not environmentally friendly

I ordered two eye creams online in their £10 sale. When I went to collect my order I couldn’t believe the ridiculous amount of packaging for two small items. They came in a large box with loads of paper inside. Very wasteful. A little package would have sufficed.

Disappointed

I ordered a dress from this company and it wasn’t as long as the measurements said on their website. It was quite expensive considering the quality was not great. I sent an email asking to return it and at first they wanted me to change it for something else. I was adamant that the fault lay with them due to incorrect measurements and to be fair to them they refunded me immediately. Wouldn’t shop there again though.

Not good

Yodel allegedly tried to deliver a parcel yesterday. I was out but the garage door was unlocked but they couldn’t be bothered to put it there. Supposed to be coming today but tracking says not out for delivery. It’s 4pm so doubt will get it again.

Good quality

I received my tablecloth today and was very pleased with the quality. The pattern I ordered is lovely. I have one criticism and that is the hem which is a very dark colour which I don’t like at all. My tablecloth is a mustard colour and I’d have preferred the same colour hem.

Update to this review. I ordered my tablecloth by phone and was never offered a choice of colour for the hem.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from this dire company. Paid £35 for some trainers which never arrived. No response to emails. Fortunately I contacted my bank and told them Id been scammed and I was refunded. Fantastic service from Santander.

This is an update on my negative review of Talk Talk. They responded by asking me to discuss it further on their chat line. Well perhaps I would if an actual adviser came on chat to talk to me. You are told an adviser will be with you shortly. Laughable! Nobody EVER comes on! Awful service.

Dire customer service

Dire customer service. Had an engineer out due to loss of internet connection. Fixed it but lasted 2 days. The engineer said our hub was ancient, which it is being a very old Post Office router but can I get a new one? Of course not! The adviser I spoke to did checks but said could not find a problem even though we’d just lost connection again! I was told an engineer could be sent but we would have to pay £75 if he couldn’t find a problem. Absolutely disgusting rip off company. Unfortunately stuck with them for another year and half. I was with EE but these clowns took over.

When I first complained I didn’t get the help I expected but Damart contacted me again after my negative review on here. I’m pleased to say they are refunding me for the jumper so thank you customer service.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. I ordered several bags of sweets, none of which weighed the amount I’d payed for. After sending a complaint I received an offhand reply to say that state of the art machinery weighs them. Well they need to replace it with something that can actually weigh sweets. Dire customer service.

Nice eyeliner but…..

I received my order of an eyeliner today. I’m pleased with it but can’t believe the ridiculous amount of packaging it came in! A large box and loads of paper. This could have been sent in an envelope for the price of a stamp. I wondered why the delivery charge was expensive, now I know! You seriously need to reconsider your packing methods.

Unimpressed

Well, where do I start! Ordered an LG fridge/freezer at the shop. Delivery men managed to damage it bringing it round the back of the house. Couldn’t be taken back because one of the delivery men had cut the cable off my old fridge so had to keep it until a replacement came. Had a replacement delivered today and the delivery men (different ones) managed to damage that too!! They took that back and I’m now awaiting a third fridge. Don’t their delivery team know how to deliver something without damaging it?

Awful, Awful, Awful

I have to use this bank as our charity has a business account with them but I dread going in. They are beyond useless. One cashier on at all times even when there is a long queue. Usually two members of staff just floating about doing bog all. Customers getting irate but it makes no difference to Barclays improving things. They don’t know the meaning of Customer Service. My advice, don’t bank with Barclays.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Have a problem with my washer which is not a year old. Tried to speak to someone twice on their chat line and both times the advisor just disappeared. Finally got through on the phone but got a woman who could barely speak English. She was useless. Emailed a complaint and they replied saying ring customer service! They are abysmal.
