I canceled my contract in March of 2024 and I still haven't received my money. They keep lying, saying that it was sent out, but I haven't received anything. Strange how I receive all of my mail but that one. They keep lying. Now they say my money is being investigating it. Investigate what????? All they have to do is send me my damn money. I don't want to give them any stars. Because they don't deserve any.

I ordered a necklace with my last name on it and I received a necklace with writing on it that I can't read or understand. I'm very disappointed with this company. There is no return label or anything. I should have never ordered from them. A very bad experience for me. I will never order online jewelry ever again

You are false advertising. I did not receive what I ordered. It was entirely different from what you advertised on your site. I will never order from you ever again and I will not let my friends or family order anything either. I want my refund back
