2 months into trying to get a refund

2 months into trying to get a refund. “James” has gone silent, the return I paid to ship back to China is fully tracked yet they refuse to refund me the cost of the trousers.

Absolute scam of a company. Based out of some co-working space in Netherlands it seems. James refuses to provide any company information despite saying he has “passed the complaint to management”

Do not buy from this fraudster!

Scam company

Scam company - refuse to process refunds after sending items of such poor quality, nothing like as advertised.

Reported to fraud hotline and the Netherlands police internet scam team.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company! James (seemingly the only person behind the customer service) refuses to process any refunds. Returns need to be shipped to China, then the company refuses to release the return from China customs. I’ve now paid for the product, shipping and return and c£100 out of pocket.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company! It seems to be a fraud/scam company acting in connection with other booking agents to take booking deposits (via agencies) and then cancel the booking days before with no refunds.

Have take legal action via Insolvency Service

You paid a deposit to a booking agency who contract our services, we are holding no funds from yourselves nor have you made any payment directly to us, which has also been confirmed by the booking agency you booked through; via numerous emails.

The deposit payment was paid directly to the booking agency, and if you book through a booking agency, you adhere to their terms, conditions and policies.

Moving forward, I strongly suggest you read the terms and conditions of any company you book through to avoid any dissatisfaction. And I suggest you contact the booking agency you paid regarding your deposit, as we are holding no funds whatsoever; nor have we received any payment whatsoever from either party.

We can’t refund a deposit payment we haven’t received!

Shanice/ Carrie Anne seem to be quick to reply on here but go radio silent on email immediately after their first contact. Unbelievably bad company and every staff member both online and instore. This company is a total joke. Do not buy from FV.

A complete disgrace

A complete disgrace! We have made a number of complaints through every possible channel that you can find online and had no resolution. Do not buy from this company.
Furniture was late, then went missing, then turned up damaged and now radio silence. Reading other reviews it seems a lot of people are having the same issue. I look forward to the standard “we’re sorry to hear this, email us on…”

Bunch of amateurs

Horrendous customer service, damaged furniture on delivery and other items on our order cancelled without any communication. Passed from one department to another for resolution, still nothing sorted. Told we’d be getting money back, now the store (Milton Keynes) have gone radio silent. By far the worst company we’ve dealt with. Product quality not worth the money, either.
