Poor quality, very shiny, not soft. The colours looked totally different from the pictures.

I had e-mailcontact with Daphne on the return of a pair of glasses that didn't suit me. She regularly checked in with me to keep me updated on the process. I got a refund voucher for the total amount of the frame. Very happy about this service.
