If I could give it 0 stars I would sent money to another account and it’s taking ages! The fact it’s my son’s disability money aswell is an absolute joke. Staff are vile they laugh at you. Have already contacted police action fraud and the financial ombudsman

Blocked my account
Blocked my account, have my sons DLA money due Tuesday and they blocked my account to late for me to change my bank details. My sons dla money dosent come his taxis for school won’t be paid for. It’s actually against the law to do what you’re doing, I suggest someone contacts me back tomorrow!
