Very bad customer service
The quality of the greenhouse is good - for sure, but the whole experience as a customer was really bad. To start, the website misleads you of what is needed in the greenhouse, and I had to buy the base/fundament in addition to the greenhouse - even though you cannot build it without a fundament - so why not put all together? The problems started with the packaged being badly damaged by the delivery service, and we realised about it only when our constructor was here to do the job. The customer service was agile in sending new ones of the damaged packaged, but they were wrong ones and again our constructor couldn't do his job. We had to have new packaged delivered and other delays in our projects. Communication overall got in a bad shape, and now we are laying with several damaged packages in our garage with the only suggestion of "throw them out" (even though we dont have ways to transport such big packaged to the dump). In addition, the greenhouse is completely difficult to build, and must be done by a professional for sure. Again, quality of the greenhouse is good, but the whole experience was really bad.
