Outstanding service and customer care!

I only ordered two items, but after reaching out to request early delivery due to my prep, Chris went above and beyond. Not only did they fast-track my order with tracked 24 delivery, but they also added a bunch of extras and refunded my delivery charge. Totally unexpected and massively appreciated!

The products are top quality, and the personal note wishing me luck for my competition shows they genuinely care. 10/10 service — I’ll definitely be ordering again and recommending them to others!

End to end detailing did detailing on my bmw i8 and they did an amazing job! The car looked better than when I first got it from BMW, spotless from inside and out, will always use him and reccomend

Great experience with Bash & BMW

Had a great experience with BMW stratstone Hull, in particular with Bash. He’s a top sales man, explained the whole process to us nicely. Was accommodating from start to finish and remained helpful even after the sale. Definitely coming back :)
