Very impressed with the service - I prefer to use email to communicate so did not attempt (or need) to speak with anyone for the majority of our purchase, but our lawyer called us towards the end of the process just to say hi IRL, which was appreciated. Responses to my emails were always quick (within 24 hours) and clear, and they chased the seller's lawyers when necessary. Highly recommended.

The wait for installation was long (3+ weeks), but the engineer arrived on time and did an excellent and extremely professional job of running the FTTP cable very neatly through our (rented!) property to the desired location for the ONT. He was friendly and polite too!

Great replacement screen - went for the "upgrade" version and (slightly to my surprise..!) the improvement is significant vs the OEM screen - better sharpness and viewing angles. This was my first DIY screen replacement and the process was surprisingly easy once I'd found a decent YouTube video of my specific laptop.

Very quick and easy, secured a better price than other options/websites.
