Good CS and quality

The delivery was delayed due to a strike at the courier company, which caused some issues since the product needed to be kept chilled. However, Lawrence, who handled my case, responded promptly and provided an excellent solution. Their customer service has always been attentive and polite, and the product quality is also very good.

Today, Jayvon came over for the semi-annual inspection.
We had scheduled the appointment in advance, and he arrived right on time. He was very polite, brought his own shoe covers, and explained everything very clearly.

never shipped my order

I placed an order on your website more than a week ago, but I still have not received a valid tracking number, and the goods have yet to be delivered. I have sent emails regarding this issue, and the responses I received only stated that the order has already been shipped, without providing further clarification.

Unclear Charges After Care Plan Cancellation Request

At first, I contacted them because my washing machine broke down, and it had just passed the warranty period. At that time, the quote was £80 for a one-off repair, or £19.90 per month for a care plan. After joining the care plan, there is a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel, but if someone comes to carry out a repair within this period, you need to pay back the one-off repair fee.

I joined the care plan on Tuesday, and on Thursday they arranged for someone to repair it. On Friday, when I called to ask about cancelling within the cooling-off period and paying back the one-off fee, I was told that the one-off repair fee had become £160. The customer service representative I spoke with could not make it clear whether this charge was for cancelling the care plan or for the one-off repair itself.

I sent a complaint email last Friday, but as of today, I still haven’t received a reply.

Disorganised customer service that makes you spend extra time fixing their mistakes

According to my contract, I notified them two months before the contract end date that I did not wish to renew. Despite this, they continued to charge me even after the contract expired. My contract was supposed to end before September, yet I have just been charged again for October.

It is also important to note that even if you are paying monthly fees, if you are not actively using their system to process transactions, you will still be charged.

I had already returned the equipment, and they confirmed receipt. I also raised this issue multiple times, including through a complaint, but nothing has been properly resolved. Their customer service feels disorganised – different people call or email, yet when I follow up, they often cannot find my records or take a long time to check.

Overall, this has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted time, and unfair charges. Businesses should be cautious when signing a contract with Epos Now and pay close attention to how cancellations are handled.
