Did not receive necklace, no customer service
Did not even receive my parcel as Royal Mail delivered it to the wrong address and Midas will not sort it for me or offer any form of refund

we believe you've purchased from a different domain to ours. and left feedback on the incorrect trust pilot.
There was a website and brand called 'the midas co' which we've had shut down as they were infringing on our trademark. Someone in another comment has said that company is now called Milou?
If you read through our reviews you will see this has happened a number of times.
If you can please check the details of the order you've purchased fromand we'd appreciate if you can delete this once you confirm the information above. Many thanks
