APEX Payout

I am giving a 3 Star because the prompt response I received on 3rdFeb after sending a help ticket on 2nd Feb from Michael Perry-Oliver as to how to check my payout status and when to expect it to be paid deserve a 5 Stars.
While APEX payout system deserve a 1 Star as I would consider the way it works causes a lot of delay and high probability of those rules being triggered resulting in a trader's profits being held in the account without getting paid for all the hardwork which a trader deserve netting them the resulting rating is 3 Stars.
This also cause a trader in order to get paid could only made less trades and close for lower profits or holding for higher profits inorder to meet the 5:1 rules when closing a trade which could result in hitting the 30% trailing rules for drawdown risk as these two rules contradict each other resulting in the trader being denied of payout.
These consequences could result in a trader getting their payout in more than a month of trading as in my case and experience, while APEX rules says a trader can get paid after 8 trading days. In order to get paid in 8 trading days traders need to put their skills around the rules and trade double carefully to ensure not hitting those rules inorder to get paid for their hardwork and not just making profits end of the day resulting in profits and no payments which most trade experience.
Although APEX, revise its new payout rules with the intention to provide smoother and faster payouts in late 2024 as understand by its traders but this is not the case.
There are many rules put in place which made also made it difficullt to receive payout as mention above and my case I had been consistently making profits for 26 trading days and first 8 days denied(bad risk management) next 8 days(approved but delayed) due to Plane set-up and need wait a further 5 to 8 working days, now already 6 working days but payment not scheduled even though this is scheduled, still need to wait a further 3-5 working days after system shows paid for money(or payment scheduled) to hit bank account. While for my next payout request in two days time I dont know what will happen and still wait for money for second payout request as of now.
This is no good.

Payout issues, reply from customer support is good and fast

I am happy with the response from their customers support which is around two days and very detail.
Big thank you to Shadow for clearing all my doubts on why my payout is denied.
I accepted and agree that I did not do proper risk management which is very important.

Payout still an issue with those rules and due to possibility of being denied

I want to correct my last review.

Traders need be aware that payout still have issues there are many rules which must be observed and not smooth as what many believe.
Although rules changed and improved but seems when requested for payouts, it could be denied as during trading certain payout rules could be hit unknowingly and its not easy to what many people seems to understand even though trading is already tough and challenging.
Eventually when payout gets denied for whichever payout rules get hit, especially when a trader is eligible for request to get paid this is would affect a trader's mood. Eventually this depends on the individual trader's ability to manage the payout rules.
I do experience that should a trader trade with care, and subsequent payout get approved, payment is rather fast.

Keep it Up APEX

I strongly feel that APEX indeed put in a lot of effort to improve their customer service and support to their traders and making effort to help their traders to succeed by having new rules in place.
My latest experience on the Rithmic outage which Luca attended to my issue as I had several Evaluations and one PA being affected, my account were not blown but the drawdown was reduced above 1000 points each account and this make my trading difficult. I decided to open a support ticket on 22nd Nov, Lucas made thorough investigations and confirmed what I believe is correct and on 25Nov restored all my accounts to its correct levels.
I greatly appreciate what they hade done and believe they are trying their best to help their traders should they encounter issues.
APEX do show that they are going for the better.
I give them four stars because I personally feel that most of the new rules are much better than before the change except one that is the CONSISTENCY RULE requirement of 30%. To me though I am not an experienced trader, I find that this rule hinders a trader's opportunity to make more profits.
From what I had gone through, the market is always different despite some repetition of patterns. Even for the most experienced veteran it is impossible for them to make a consistence amount of profit everytime they trade. Sometimes because of this rule, I am forced to make myself achieve the level of profits on a certain day in order to be consistence to meet 30% and resulting instead of achieving the targetted profit, I landed up losing more. I feel that without this requirement I would had called it a day and happy with the smaller amount of profits I had made earlier. This consistency rule hinders a traders progress and causes them to loss unnecessarily or lost opportunity for making more profit on certain days which is not good for both the trader and the firm implementing this rule.
I do look forward for APEX making more progress for their traders so that more traders will have more trust and confidence in APEX for all those hard work APEX had done for its traders.

Need Answer from APEX especially the Chairman

I send Apex a support ticket because they suddenly request that my account ID must match my governmemt ID and I cant edit it to match.
They sent me a link to take pic of myself and my ID which I showed my driving licence.
Now Im a bit worried after Apex got photo of my driving licence and camera image of me from my computer before I can access my account they ask me to give reasons why my Apex Account ID name was different from my government ID name I feel so ridiculous and told them lately Apex had so many things happened I decided to give Apex a pass and move on. Now they suddenly close off my account after getting all my details.
Im worried what they are doing with my personal info.
Feel like something is very wrong with APEX
No firm had ever asked for such information and I m actually not supposed to provide them. I am so foolish for following their instruction without consideration
Was wondering is it the support staff taking advantage of his position to do things he not supposed to do or its the company's instruction.
But the website did come from the company requesting for my Apex Account ID must match with my government ID which they did not request in the very first place when I open the account. Now they add this requirement and cause my account to be closed.
Up to now the company failed to give me an answer as to what is going on.
I noticed that the chairman himself Darrell is responding to those who write review giving the company 5 stars.
If he is concerned with his company image he should attend to my issue without further delay and I will update the progress of this matter.

company a total disappointment

When I told them that too much things happened at Apex, decided to pass Apex and move on.
They reply later saying they will close my account. Hours later when I read the mail, I immediately told them not to close first as I need certain info from my account for tax purposes. They insisted that they already send me invoices and I could use them. Since my account provide me the details from the beginning I open the account with them there is no need for me to keep those invoices and record them so I do not have the older ones anymore.
The closure of the account is fine with me and they already went ahead to close off my account without hearing from my end I need them to provide me those info I required for tax purposes . Should they be kind enough to give me a little time before they close the account, I could have recorded all those info I need without bothering them.
Wondering such small gestures they cant even give their traders and why do they want to act unprofessionally without giving prior notice and insisting what they are doing its their policy.
Since they had done so and my records is incomplete, I requested they provide those info I need.
From my years of experience any company big or small if someone made a request for a copy of the info which had be given in the past, these companies would be more than willingly to provide without questions asked. This is something which people will be greatly appreciated.
Why do Apex want to make things difficult for me which give me the impression that since I decided not to use them, they quickly close the account and I had nothing to do with them whether the closure had any impact on me, I had to deal with them everything had already given in the past. As in this instance, I need those information in the account their reply to me is:

"As previously communicated, the decision to close your account is final. Unfortunately, nothing further can be done to remedy the situation.
As this matter is now resolved, we will close this ticket. You do not need to respond to this message.
We appreciate your understanding."

They claim themselves the matter is resolved.

I simply wish in future people having such issues know what to do and dont land in the same situation like me.

Neutral satisfaction, need improvement

Each timeI login, it opens a new window, I need to clear catch to remove extra windows.
Help tickets is also complicated.
Request for payout also difficult
Changes their rules to the disadvantage of traders and made trading difficult by removing DCA

Apex gives me an opportunity for…

Apex gives me an opportunity for another line of income at a low cost, high payout percentage and improve number of times of payout, but with hard work and good strategy due to treshold condition(which cannot be avoided as such the account can easily be stopped out if market move in the opposite direction but with proper skills and strategy I believe this can be overcome) and the use of Ninja platform which they need to improve to help better in trading in areas such as applying stop loss and averaging for you all your contracts and applying FIFO basis in closing trades.
Thanks to APEX for the program
When I join Apex I was totally new to prop firms, at present discovered others with better rules and payouts which traders can feel more comfortable.
