company a total disappointment
When I told them that too much things happened at Apex, decided to pass Apex and move on.
They reply later saying they will close my account. Hours later when I read the mail, I immediately told them not to close first as I need certain info from my account for tax purposes. They insisted that they already send me invoices and I could use them. Since my account provide me the details from the beginning I open the account with them there is no need for me to keep those invoices and record them so I do not have the older ones anymore.
The closure of the account is fine with me and they already went ahead to close off my account without hearing from my end I need them to provide me those info I required for tax purposes . Should they be kind enough to give me a little time before they close the account, I could have recorded all those info I need without bothering them.
Wondering such small gestures they cant even give their traders and why do they want to act unprofessionally without giving prior notice and insisting what they are doing its their policy.
Since they had done so and my records is incomplete, I requested they provide those info I need.
From my years of experience any company big or small if someone made a request for a copy of the info which had be given in the past, these companies would be more than willingly to provide without questions asked. This is something which people will be greatly appreciated.
Why do Apex want to make things difficult for me which give me the impression that since I decided not to use them, they quickly close the account and I had nothing to do with them whether the closure had any impact on me, I had to deal with them everything had already given in the past. As in this instance, I need those information in the account their reply to me is:
"As previously communicated, the decision to close your account is final. Unfortunately, nothing further can be done to remedy the situation.
As this matter is now resolved, we will close this ticket. You do not need to respond to this message.
We appreciate your understanding."
They claim themselves the matter is resolved.
I simply wish in future people having such issues know what to do and dont land in the same situation like me.
