Do NOT recommend this company to anyone. I was charged for a full year's membership in September 2024. I disputed this with them (and chased up several times) and finally was sent a Royal Mail tracked delivery to send the item back and was told my account was cancelled and that I would receive a full refund. Needless to say I did not receive a refund. Not only that but I have just been charged a full years renewal membership price TWELVE MONTHS LATER!! And I no longer have the item as this was sent back a year ago. Customer service is essentially non existent and they need to get a phone line or live chat that isn't AI. I am down £458.00 and absolutely disgusted with the service. *disclaimer* this is probably the first review I have written in about ten years.

I’ve recently purchased one of the PRINCE2 online courses from TKA. The customer service from Maisie Wane has been absolutely second to none. My initial enquiry was responded to within 24 hours. Maisie went on to answer all my email queries within a matter of hours each time (there were a few) and she even messaged me when she was off sick to make sure I had received my log in details! Outstanding service so far with this company and I’m hoping it continues throughout my course! Thanks Maisie.
