I ordered the personalized golf balls and personalized man cave neon sign for Christmas for my boyfriend. The shipment was perfect timing for Christmas and my boyfriend loved it! We were missing a screw for the personalized sign so I emailed customer service and they got back to me so quick and shipped out screws right away. About 2 days later the sign fell from the wall and the light broke in a few places since we didn’t mount it to the wall correctly so it was completely our fault that it broke and we were so upset. I emailed customer service again to explain what happened and once again quick service and they sent me a shipment notification of sending out a brand new sign. Not only are the gifts such a great and unique experience but their customer service is remarkable, I will definitely be shopping more here and recommend to all friends and family. Thank you for an amazing experience ordering from man crate! :)
