In this semi bad experience I had I really got all the support I needed from the Oh Polly representative. My package was left in an unsafe place and unfortunately I was not able to receive it at all, when asking for a response and a solution, I was made to provide evidence and make a report about it too. My highlight of this story was the support which all the representatives gave me and here are some of their names: Eleanor, Aimee, Katie, Catherine and a few others (I couldn’t get all the names).. thank you so much for all the help, I appreciate your time taken to write emails and follow up the case! :)
