Very poor SAV

I ordered 2 toilets beginning of October, one of them was delivered without fixations and toilet seat. So, I had to go through the process of re-ordering/exchanging 1 toilet. Again, the delivery was made with the fixations and seat... I now have 2 toilets without fixations or seat.
To go through the SAV, you have to send an email which is usually answered in 5 days, and when you finally get an answer, they have not read your precedent emails (last, they just told me that my 2nd toilet had been delivered when the issue was the order was again with fixation and seat...)
Finally, when you get someone on the phone, they tell you they are not from the SAV and can only prioritize your inquiry which never really happens.
My renovation is now late because of this order, I would not recommand using reuter.
We are now in Jan 2023 and my issue is still not solved

We are sorry that the issue you faced is not solved yet.

As we do not carry in stock the toilet that you ordered, we need to order it everytime and therefore rely on the supplier’s deliverytimes. As our After Sales team wrote to you, we expect to receive the missing parts Week 4 at our warehouse. As soon as they will arrive, we will inform you and ship them as soon as possible.
