Placed an order with munchies on Halifax road that I cancelled as it was taking to long I haven't received a refund & received an email saying I won't receive a refund so I'm going to do a charge back with my bank! You aren't strlaing my money you can't let me cancel am order then decide to keep my money! My order number is #696384941 EDIT it seems alot of people are having the same problem as me where for whatever they cancel an order & aren't receiving a refund. If no delivery is attempted & just eat accept your cancellation request you should be getting a refund! Contact your bank it might take up to 15 but you'll get your money back. It appears just eat are scamming people. Do not use them

Absolute jokers! Placed an order on Monday & still don't even have a tracking number! The delivery date was yesterday! My order number is T66VDYV I'm going to do a charge back with my bank these guys are scammers there's literally no way you can contact them! No email or anything! Scammers

A good website but they do tend to sell out of some fragrances fairly quickly some PDM fragrances ect & these don't seem to be replaced. Overall good but missing alot of popular fragrances

The brand a few years ago was great however over the past 2 years or so they have fallen off a cliff! No more 7.5mls you don't even get a free travel spray like you used to when purchasing a full bottle. The brand have reformulated lots of best sellers & thr new bottles are terrible quality!

Really poor since the company was sold a few years ago. They have reformulated ALL of their fragrances taking out ambergris & replacing it with ambroxan which is unpleasant & cheap smelling. Once a great house now a sorry sight

I don't understand this brand. The fragrances are incredibly overpriced for what they are. Not only that but the customer service is terrible! The website is totally outdated. For example listing 2 year old fragrances as "new" they also do far to many limited edition fragrances where they only seem to make a few bottles. They are the opposite of creed, PDM, amouage ect honestly I'm amazed they are still in business

Awful good these days I remember when the food was actually OK and the prices were decent. Over the last 10 years or so the prices have increased more than triple! Also the level of people who go to kfc is shocking ibe seen people get stabbed and attacked in KFCs they attract the wrong kind of people. They aren't safe

They use illegal immigrants to deliver food. One of them attacked a pregnant woman who lost her baby. He received a 12 month sentence. Do not use these companies!!!!!

Beyond useless I've got no Internet & you can't speak to a person to find out what's going on. Lots of people work from home these days & this isn't good enough. Awful company I will be cancelling. The reviews speak for themselves. One of the worst companies in the world. Dreadful

Absolutely garbage the worst of the worst placed an order for a kfc sharing bucket tonight & half the food was missing! Emailed them & was told I can't get a refund. You will not get away with stealing from hard working people. The first thing I'm going to do Monday morning is report you to trading standards. How are you even still in business? I'll never use your app again. Hopefully you'll be going out of business soon

Great website ordered a Canada goose jumper as I couldn't find it in stock anywhere else. Got it for a great price very nicely packaged. Delivery was about a week or so to the UK no extra feeds to pay for Delivery or anything like that. Will definitely use this site again.

Excellent site for buying decants & samples probably the best value in the uk. The owner is a top man. Highly recommended.

The worst company going. How are they even still in business? I gave them another chance last week & my delivery was missing 3 items! Never received a refund despite contacting them. They need reporting to the police! They employ criminals as drivers
