Decent user interface. Main drawback is for established businesses seeking to expand. Part of the Wefunder requirement is to hit up our friends and family for a minimum of $50,000 before they will even talk to you. Not really what we were looking for. We are looking to grow an already established company... not beg friends for $50K. Exact email from Wefunder:
There is unfortunately no way to go live on Wefunder without first getting $50K in reservations privately from your own network and community. You can create your pitch and complete your legal registration if you want, but we won't send you any money without getting $50K reserved first.
Maybe a little rude, too.
Will look elsewhere at other options.
Review of DHL
DHL entered a false, after-delivery dimensions adjustment charge that nearly doubled the cost of my Freightos shipment. Just before the shipment from Europe, I worked with the manufacturer to get accurate dimensions for the small pallet to be shipped to the USA. The dimensions were 40cm x 40cm x 60cm. The shipment was paid for and delivered with no issues. I was even just starting to think what a smooth experience this had been! Incoming - an after delivery "dimensions adjustment" from DHL entered on my Freightos account... which increased my shipment charge by $160. DHL entered that instead of the accurate dimensions (above) the pallet measured 80cm x 80cm. I went to the warehouse and measured the crate (which was still unpacked), took detailed photos which clearly showed the accuracy of the original measurements. These pictures were sent to Freightos and the logistics agent who agreed (via email exchanges) that the new DHL measurements were not accurate. Of course, at 4-5AM this morning, Freightos automatically charges my credit card for the false charge (based on the incorrect DHL dimensions). To me, this is equivalent to theft. DHL apparently has some real issues and if management cares... they sure need to look into this.

Everything was smooth until I received an additional charge for a "Dimensions Adjustment." This charge was the topic of an email conversation between our company, Freightos and the logistics company (Primorus Worldwide) during the previous 2 days. The situation developed after the final shipper (DHL) falsely added an additional charge to our Freightos shipping fees due to a "dimensions adjustment." DHL falsely claimed that the shipment measured 80cm x 80cm and added additional fees. When I saw the additional charge, I went to the warehouse and took photos of the pallet that clearly show the dimensions match those entered on the original shipment quote (40cmx40cmx60cm). I sent the images to Freightos and to Primorus. After seeing the email, Primorus sent a message to Freightos clearly requesting that any additional charges be placed on hold until the issue is resolved. At about 5AM Monday morning, Freightos put the charge through anyway... even though the charges are clearly fraudulent. You guessed it - so I had to call the card company, dispute the charge... write this review and spend half the morning fighting over something that is fraudulent... and should have never been entered on my account in the first place.

Our shipment quote was supposed to route the goods into Norfolk, VA. Instead, although the Freightos dashboard showed the goods in Norfolk... they were actually in Long Beach, CA. This extended our delivery times. We chose the Norfolk port due to less stress being produced on our goods rather than overland trucking across the entire USA. Freightos claimed the goods were supposed to arrive on 18 SEPT and we had staff ready. Instead, the shipment was dropped off at another trucking service. Now, the estimated lead time for delivery is ANOTHER 2-3 weeks. Obviously, Freightos will choose a different route for your goods if they want to... something that we find lacking in customer service and honesty.

Bought a kilo silver bar. Bar arrived with no certificate of authenticity and/or assay certificate. Receipt has no serial number either. No real way to prove that the serial number/bar that was shipped to me is genuine from the mint.

Horrible... 60 days to delivery. Constantly repeated email messages and slow, uninformed service. NEVER again.
