Quick and efficient customer support for PMR transport
The customer service replied super quickly to my email requesting a phone conversation to make the necessary arrangements for a handicapped transfer. The man on the line was kind and efficient. Only I did not get the reimbursement for the tickets that was promised. The website does not provide information and opportunity to purchase tickets for handicapped and the accompanying person, so you need to buy the adult ticket to be able to request the PMR service. This might be something to look into. (Having done the journey, updating my comment: indeed, the transaction for my payment was cancelled by the service provider, when attempting to make the reimbursement for the ticket, so nothing was booked for us when we arrived to the station. The lady at Gare Moutier was very professional and after understanding the situation fixed a transfer and we made a new reservation via telephone. My opinion stands, that the PMR transport option is fantastic, the personnel is amazing, the process to purchase a PMR ticket and the information published should be revisited.)
