Be careful of this website
Farfetch accused me of damaging an item I returned straight away – even though it was completely unused and unworn. They sent pics of damage that i wouldn’t have noticed on dress when taking out for such short time. They say they sent back dress still haven’t recieved . for now i have lost substantial money and dont have the dress. The same thing happened to my friend with a pair of shoes. Returned the shoes immediately and was denied refund saying they were damaged !Extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service. Be careful if you plan to return anything – you may end up with nothing. This is basically a ebay website , where you buy through them from different vendors with no comeback whatsoever .
