I’ve been purchasing Mounjaro from Ashcroft Pharmacy and couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. The ordering process is straightforward, delivery is always prompt, and the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s great to deal with a pharmacy that’s trustworthy and efficient — I highly recommend them!

🛑 My Experience with Freeletics – A Warning to Others 🛑

I feel it’s important to share my experience with Freeletics to help others make an informed decision before spending money with them.

Earlier this year, I encountered a serious issue with my subscription. I reached out to Freeletics with what I believed was a fair and reasonable request. Unfortunately, their response was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero willingness to resolve the issue – despite multiple attempts to engage them in good faith.

Worse still, when I followed up to challenge their decision, I received a message saying they will not respond to any further emails on this subject. In other words, they’ve chosen to ignore the problem entirely rather than work toward a resolution.

In my view, this kind of customer service is unacceptable – especially from a company that promotes values like support, growth, and accountability. Based on my experience, I believe their business practices are dishonest and lack transparency.

I’m sharing this publicly not out of spite, but because I believe potential customers deserve to know how the company operates after they’ve taken your money. I will continue to share my story until Freeletics takes responsibility for their actions.

Very poor

Very poor. Order expensive sofas off them and they started falling apart after only a few months. They claimed that the sofas weren't in warranty which they were. They eventually sent an engineer (as a gesture if good will) out to fix the broken sofa and he put a wooden leg on. This lasted two months and has bow fallen off. Their designs are very poor and the sofa we have is not fit for purpose. Its too long and there is not enough support on either end.

Beware of this company

Beware of this company! I was misled into believing that I was only being charged 99p, but to my surprise, I was hit with an additional charge of £49.99 a few days later. Fortunately, I didn't have enough funds on my card at the time, and I had to go through the hassle of getting a new card. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company to avoid falling victim to similar deceptive practices

very poor! ordered a Xmas present for my 9 year son which was an Argentina Football tracksuit. Upon receiving the item in which both the top and bottoms were in the same bag. The bottoms were the correct size, however the top was aged 16. My son was very upset as he wanted to wear the tracksuit over the festive period which he has been unable to do. Will now have to go through the inconvenience of returning the item and getting the correct size.

Very Poor

Very Poor! Ordered a giant card costing £8.99p and paid for the item to be delivered via Special Delivery as I needed the card to get to its recipient as soon as possible and I wouldn’t use Evri.

I got informed by email that my card was not going to be sent via special delivery, but Evri was going to deliver it. I was informed by customer service following this, that giant cards can only be sent via Evri and not Special Delivery. This fact was not related to me upon purchasing the item on the site.

The last I heard of my order was on the 4th January from Evri stating that due to adverse weather conditions in the area where the item was going to be delivered. Delivery had to be abandoned. I have had no further updates since this and EVRI are still saying the same nearly 5 days later. I work in the same area as where the card was due to be delivered and I can confirm that there was nothing wrong with the weather! So EVRI have lied!

It’s been a nightmare to get hold of customer services and they have not at all been helpful in anyway. I stil have no idea what has happened to my order nine days after ordering it!

Absolutely shambolic!
