Wow, Craig the pilot was just amazing. My husband had a beaming smile on his face when they landed after his 30 min exploits in the sky. The weather was perfect, the safety tuition brilliant, the flying and taking over the controls was exhilarating and he cant wait to go back and take our son this time.

Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and carefully offloaded. All items were boxed and marked up. Glass panels were all in a secure crate, again well packaged and protected. I am now the proud owner of a black Birdlip greenhouse with all the trimmings and it looks fantastic and stylish in the garden. A tricky build, do follow instructions to the letter and you will be fine. One pane of glass was smashed, a quick call to customer services at Julianna group and the replacement arrived 2 days later at no extra cost. Fantastic customer service from start to finish, I can't recommend this company highly enough.

What a find this place is....From walking in the store through to delivery we couldn't be happier with our new sofa and snugger. We were never pressured, the pricing is transparent, the help and honest advice was exceptional from Alan. Nick Knighton himself drove and offloaded the lorry (no charge for our delivery). Tracy gave us outstanding customer service and comfortably explained the process and options very thoroughly before we went ahead with the purchase. Particularly pleasing was the price promise guarantee as while on a 12 week order the prices reduced and a quick phone call and the amount due was reduced accordingly by knowledgably staff. Delivery was on time and items were well packaged. No visible damage and the quality is as excellent inline with the items on display in the store. A great honest and fair company with no sales pressure which is so rare these days. They will be my first choice next time I am looking for modern quality real oak furniture with honest pricing. Tamworth, Staffs - Dave Evans came to do an initial home visit. He arrived on time, was professional, smartly dressed, respectful, fair, honest and we had no hard sales talk. His knowledge, advice and attention to every last detail was outstanding. From a Wren company perspective the transparency of pricing on the charter is a real plus, as is the payment options– we like to know exactly what items are included and how much they are. We know everyone says oh! when the total price displayed but once you see how it pulls together it’s understandable. We will be sticking with Dave on our kitchen journey as a point of contact for any tweaks or issues right the way through to installation which is good to know. So if you are thinking about a kitchen revamp, pop into to Tamworth showroom and ask for patient Dave (Be sure to get plenty of teabags in if he visits your home as he loves a brew).
