Awful. I bought two dresses, one was sent damaged and stained. They are refusing to give me a full refund as per their own policy and they want me to ship the dress back to China from the UK at my own cost. They are also saying that I have to keep track of the parcel and if it gets lost of damaged they won’t pay a thing. This is all against UK consumer protection law. Terrible customer service that feels like an absolute scam - they don’t read your emails and just send bot-like responses. Avoid.
