worst customer service.
the AI automated is very slow and asks so many questions.
the package bought from costco does not list a phone number for customer support. you have to google it.
finally, once you get into customer support line, she cant transfer you to another department as she handle support, not sale. so you have to start all over all and dealing with that useless AI
Review of Air Transat
Horrible experience with this company. (1 star is too much)
They cancelled our flight without notifying us via the other way underperforming company useless expidia. (what a delight working combining these two together).
My wife, baby and i were stranded in Montrea (-17c) for two nights because neither airtransat nor expidia was accountable and courageous enough to accept the mistake and help us to flight to Vancouver that night.
each was passing the buck and blaming the other party. i tried having a 3 way communication but was not possible.
that extra night ended up costing us lots of money for us.
To top it up, they broke one of the suitcases and the lady at airport said that they will call to deal with this and guess what: we are still waiting.
it is frustrating that no one is doing anything really to help as they dont care.
it is embarrassing situation as these two big companies fail to do the min.
