Bought what I thought were Geox shoes.
As a regular wearer of Geox, I know how the shoes should fit and feel.
Although these came in a Geox box, the leather was so stiff, they would not bend at all and it was like trying to get my feet into cardboard.
Second, the shoes although were marked a size 43, they were a lot smaller than my size 43 shoes from Geox themselves. I could not even get my foot into them after widening the laces!
The final insult was having to pay £3.99 to return the item, after paying the same for delivery.
£8 round-trip postage for a waste of time. In future, I'll go to the high street.

I apologise that you are not satisfied with your GEOX trainers. All the products we sell are the same as GEOX would offer in their Outlet Stores or via other online retailers.
Our items are not fake or counterfeit. Under our no quibble 28 days returns policy you can send the item back to us for a full refund, for more info on how to return your items please visit our Return FAQs on our website. On this occasion, the portal does show that your parcel is on it's way back to us.
