Living in a rural location with no internet for over a year was a pain in the neck. Can't thank them enough for all of their help. The tower was a little over 3 miles and they told me that I could buy a directional antenna from them and told me how to hook it up. I set up the antenna, plugged it in to the modem they sent me and got speeds of 50/mbps down by 15/mbps up. Thanks to these Sailors out in Reno I can now play games while my wife watches Netflix and my kids watch their shows in youtube. Great service for me and my wife who both work and homeschool our kids.
