Decided to re-order my favourite SPF as…

Decided to re-order my favourite SPF as there was an offer of a brightening kit with a £125 purchase. It's expensive stuff so I decided to buy my regular plus a small tube of a different one to try to make up the £125. When I got to the payment page I got a note to say the brightening kit was out of stock. I hesitated for a while but I'm going away for quite a long holiday and wasn't sure if my current supply would hold out.

A few days later I received another email pushing the same offer 'with low stock' of the brightening gift pack. I bet!

If I buy these products from my local salon I always receive a couple of small samples - but they don't hold a huge choice of products. Order online - no samples at all! Once I've finished I'm going to experiment with different brands.

Update after their reply - and if you read their reply you can see the attitude is exactly as others have described! I obviously 'fell between offers' Really???!

The brightening kit you mentioned was part of a limited promotion which, as noted in the terms and conditions, was available only while stocks lasted. Unfortunately, it had sold out at the time of your order. The follow-up email you received referred to a separate promotion that was still running, and we understand how that may have caused some confusion.

Really wanted to write a review

Really wanted to write a review, partly because the shopping experience was really good and partly because I didn't receive a request to write a review as so many companies do now! I appreciated that.

I'd enjoyed a bottle of champagne at my local pub and went online to track it down. I came across Vino Fandango during that search and they had other wines I found I wanted to try as well. I also liked the £75 minimum spend for free delivery as I don't always want to buy a case of 12. One of the bottles was out of stock but they suggested a replacement and then got it all to me before Easter. They will be my first go-to now when looking for new wines to try.

The first retail website I've ever come…

The first retail website I've ever come across that has a time restriction! Twice whilst browsing I was told that my session had expired snd I was thrown out! Shopping should be a pleasurable experience surely , not a race against time? Then I had huge trouble placing my order.....site was jumping about all over the place. Eventually I came out and did some other browsing before trying again. Then paying was extremely difficult.....if I hadn't really wanted what I'd put into my bag I'd have given up!
